View of Alcazar from the Cathedral tower to show the sheer size of the whole Palace. The trees on top half is the Palace Gardens and bottom half are the various sections of Alcazar built over many centuries.

It’s definitely an extensive part of Spain’s past since they were here for over 800 years. The Spanish Royal family still use the Palace as their residence when visiting from Mardrid.
Many of the major sites offer free entrance certain times of the day. Mostly last 1-2 hours before closing. This helps to save a few euros.
We wanted to showcase the intricate details of the palace. All the archways, ceilings are handcrafted. Learning different focus points when taking photos to ensure the foreground and background are captured.
