It was great to spend time with our families during the holidays. We met up with some friends from Vancouver along the way of our journey in Europe and also made new friends. Since we are in Asia for the winter months, we timed our trip to be in Manila for Christmas for our Lola (grandma) who is almost 90 years old.
We enjoyed the wonderful gatherings and delicious meals. Manila is a city with a vast population and often require more efforts to navigate around to each destination. UBER ride service came in handy for us for the airport and metro Manila.
December is a good month to visit as the temperature is manageble with minimal rain.
