Granada’s Alhambra

The Alhambra is one of the most famous landmarks in Spain.  It’s a grand palace built in the Moorish times around 1200-1300.  The Moorish fortress has great Islamic historical legacy so the monument draws many tourists to Granada.

The tickets to Alhambra is also famous for it’s confusing systems.  We had to understand the different times for visit plus where to pick up etc.  Plus with it’s popularity, recommend to purchase in advance or you will have to line up around 7am for same day stand-by tickets.

Aside from it’s historical presence, the hilltop landmark offers great viewpoints of Granada.
