Paris is all about the butter croissants, pastries, & macarons. With so many choices, its overwhelming to know which one is the best. We only go to one place when in Paris…..Pierre Hermé. There’s other great shops that offer similar tastes. But Pierre Hermé is known for his exotic, sophisticated flavours. The texture of macaron is always perfect. Not too crunchy or too chewey. The flavour of the month was Jardin Sur La Baie D’Ha Long. A Vietnamese flare of ingredients. YUM!!! They also launched ice cream bars & sorbets. A separate line item was needed on our budget for the daily trips to the best patisserie in Paris.
